Use the readings, lecture, and video(s) this week to determine the most appropriate and necessary training for your organization type (non-profit, production, service, government, corporate, small business…). The main topics this week were:

Building Organizational Digital Competency
DigitalMindfulness
Research your city, type of organization, and stakeholders. Consider which of these topics are needed in your training and why?
Create Section Four of your guide. As long as you remain compliant with APA style, you can create your guide as you imagine. Guide your leadership/management team to address each needed component. Concisely cover the following:
Guide the leadership team in the needed conflict resolution techniques
Give the team specifics and applications of those techniques
This is YOUR organization. You can be as imaginative as you like. The goal is to demonstrate your mastery of the content each week and train your team based on your newfound knowledge.
This constitutes Part IV of V.
Your paper should be 4-5 pages in length and conform to APA guidelines in the CSU Global Writing CenterLinks to an external site.. Include at least two scholarly references in addition to the course textbook. The CSU Global Library is a good plabcice to find these references.
